This is a lifestyle blog of an uneducated housewife, not a teachers homepage :D. I haven't done 'pranayama' for years! Your ratio sounds right, but I suggest you just google 'panayama' to be sure.karikate emandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08343275989843148392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5541116906551030701.post-49824788526853918472013-10-12T13:43:53.985+03:002013-10-12T13:43:53.985+03:00Sorry I don't understand your language. I am f...Sorry I don't understand your language. I am from Sri Lanka. I have been practising yoga asanas in the book Heal Yourself With Yoga by E. R. Ram Kumar. I also do 'pranayama' as described in the book. But I have a question. I do inhale, retention, exhale in the ratio 1:4:2 as said in the book. I also exhale and empty my lungs and retain for the same time I retain when I inhale. That is 1:4:2:4. Is this correct. Please tell me.Mihindu Pulukkodyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07211261171799639530noreply@blogger.com
